[SI-LIST] Hspice Network Analysis now correlates

I have used a bigger current by using a faster ramp. The Network analysis
now correlates to the transient analysis. I will now use the network
analysis for capacitance measurements as this gives a better understanding
of the R/C combination for IC decoupling capacitors.
