[SI-LIST] Re: How to get the load capacitance of input buffer by means of HSPICE model

Another way of doing this is to attach an inductor to the model. Assume
C_comp is somewhere between 1 and 5 pF. Calculate the range of frequencies
that your inductor and C_comp will resonate at. Sweep the circuit between
these two values and find the peak. Back calculate C_comp from the resonate
frequency and the inductor's value.

Subject: [SI-LIST] How to get the load capacitance of input buffer by
means of HSPICE model

Dear all
Now I have the HSPICE model of one input buffer. In order to simplify the
simulation, I want to use a load capacitance to replace the buffer. How to
get the load capacitance of input buffer? Please give me some advice.

Best Regards
