Then I really suggest you to extract the S parameter model for the concerned
channel for further time domain analysis to see if it is really imapct your
timing budget or eye pattern.
If it still meets your target, then you are lucky. Otherwise, you have to
modify the stackup including the signal routing layers and power/ground
layers as well.
