[SI-LIST] High speed ADCs modelling

 
Hi guys
I know this is off-topic but I'm failing getting a SPICE model for a AD9070.
Dou you know where can I find some information about how to model high speed
ADCs?.

I guess such model does't exist or is very limited. I need to simulate 
  * ENOB, 
    * S/N, 
    * AC linearity, 
    * Error Rate, 
    * Aperture jitter, 
    * over voltage recovery
