[SI-LIST] High Speed SoC Bus

Hi all

 Can anybody give me typical geometries for a High
speed SoC bus which can work in frequencyes up to 1GHz
for example ? 

( I mean width, spacing, height and spacing of the
lines to the below metal layer )

Is a bus with the below specifications a real life
example of a bus which can work in frequencies up to
1GHz ?

width=5um-0.8um
space=2.5um-0.6um
hight=1.9um
spacing to the metal layer below=1.2um
