For SI and Transmission lines try:
High Speed Digital Design ( A handbook of Black Magic) by Howard Johnson
He also has a second book with a similar name.

High-Speed Digital System Design by Stephen Hall

Also check out Brian Wadell's transmsission line book. I don't recall the
name and my copy is on loan (permanently it seems).

Motorola's MECL System Design Handbook (avaliable for free)
on the web. I believe On Semiconductor now distributes it.

For electromagnetics it really depends on what your looking for.
I prefer the books by Clayton Paul. They are easy to follow and
the math is not horrendous. On the other hand there are some
classics but many/most of them are really written for or as text books.

Check out the SI archives as this subject comes up all the time.
