[SI-LIST] Hi this is Manish


Thanks to all ppl who supported & helped me. All i have to say in this matter 
is :
 
1>I am well aware of English Languafe as i am from India.
2>I am not very rich to register with ieee and other paid orgs to have access 
to their Journals, so i asked for the links.
3>I have to complete a paper in next 15 days(which i had planned to do in next 
three months).
i have to send it at a forum for screening and selection if its appropriate. 
upon selection it may open doors of R&D into Mixed signal design for me .
4>My work includes dielectric nature of substrate, skin and inductance effects 
of interconnects at Microwave frequencies.
Any sincere help in this matter will be highly regarded.
