Hello, Manish,
There are a number of free tools available for download on the IBIS web site
http://www.eigroup.org/ibis/default.htm. Also, many of the vendors have
"demo" or "educational" versions of their software.
You might want to check with your EE department's sys admin to see which of
the various SI tools might already be installed.
For getting started, I recommend the books by Eric Bogatin and Howard
Johnson.
Good luck!

Subject: [SI-LIST] Help on signal integrity
Hi,
I am a student in Cal. State Northridge doing MS in
EE. I have just recently joined this group. I actually
joined this group doing research on signal integrity.
I find your discussions really nice though I am not
able to understand quite a bit of the stuff. Actually,
I got this topic of Signal integrity for my term
project and I found out about this site while doing
reseach for this topic.
I will higly appreciate if some body can guide me how
to start with it. I have just started reading material
on it now. Also, I wanted to know, are their any free
tools available on net in which I can see some demos
of signal integrity analysis.
Thanks and Regards...
