[SI-LIST] Help on Mentor Graphic's ICX Tool

I am using Mentor Graphic's ICX Tool for Signal
Integrity Analysis on a Printed Circuit Board.

Can some body please elaborate more about 

1) DESIGN EDITOR (FP Blocks, Termination, Cross
Section, Materials, Properties, Ref Voltages, Parts,
Pin Classes, Corners, Corner Cases, Pulse Train)

2) Rules Editor (Classes, Electrical, Topology,
Manufacturing)

3) How to import Printed Circuit Board Design from
Board Station into ICX

I know basics but need more insight in how to use
these in order to benefit from the power of the tool.
