[SI-LIST] Help on Jtag Emulator connection for Debugging TI DSP

hi,

We have designed a PCI board consisting of TI DSP , in which the PCI part is 
working fine, but we are not able to use the JTAG emulator to debug the DSP on 
JTAG pins, The DSP is never recognised through JTAG pins and 2 Emulator pins 
EMU1 and EMU0.
We have followed all the guidelines in connection for JTAg,
Kindly give me some solution to solve this problem.
