Hello, Naren, Running s2ibis3 (or any other "spice to ibis" program) requires you to run your SPICE model in a SPICE simulator. If you can't run this model in your simulator, you will have to find a way to run it in HSPICE, or else get the "switch" model intended for your simulator. Best regards, Lynne "IBIS training when you need it, where you need it."
