Hello, Naren,

Running s2ibis3 (or any other "spice to ibis" program) requires you to run
your SPICE model in a SPICE simulator. If you can't run this model in your
simulator, you will have to find a way to run it in HSPICE, or else get the
"switch" model intended for your simulator.

Best regards,
Lynne

Naren,

Yes, there is spice2ibis translator, you can find at the ANSi/EIA-656A IBIS
Home page, http://www.eigroup.org/ibis/tools.htm .
