Hi Peter,

It sounds like you are using Hspice 1999.4 and you are trying to model a 
transmission line that has 10  or more conductors.

This was a bug in the 1999.4 version.  It was fixed in the 2000.2 version.  The 
only "work around" is not to model transmission lines with greater than 9 
conductors.
