[SI-LIST] Re: HPSICE error

Make sure you did not .INCLUDE the encrypted models.  HSPICE needs to
find them on its own (using the .OPTION SEARCH path) and will cause an
error if they are inadvertently .INCLUDEd.

Something that can trip you up, regarding transistor dimensions, are
HSPICE's SCALE and SCALM parameters ... which in my opinion were a
horrible addition to HSPICE, should never have existed, and should
always be avoided at all costs.  The use of SCALE/SCALM is almost
guaranteed to totally and hopelessly screw up your simulations, unless
every piece and every model in your simulation is under your total
control.
