Hi,
For 60 amps, copper trace wouldn't be sufficient, you can use bus bars
instead.
Another idea is to increase the copper thickness, for eg 35 um to 70,or even
105 um,Open the mask for
the particular traces, which carries 60 amps, and after fabrication you need
to pour some lead using solder iron and make
use strand of copper wire embedded on that trace,by doing this you will
increase the resistivity.
Eddy says 60 amps unrealistic, but then it is true,we had designed some card
which had traces carrying 80 amps?
i need to clarify something is the current continous or periodic?
Ask your fabricator about selective copper thickness? in what frequency ur
board is operating is also matters?
