As Ralph mentioned, there is a lot of free material available in the
form of app notes at many instrument manufacturers (agilent, wavecrest,
tektronix, etc). Also you could search for papers at DesignCon - many
of those are fairly descriptive and focused on jitter analysis and
measurement. As far as books, I like Digital Timing Measurements, by
Wolfgang Maichen.
