You will find that there is no 'magic' small low loss cable. Most of the
loss (below several GHz) is due to the resistance of the inner conductor.
Since small coax has a small inner conductor the losses are higher. The best
that can be done is to use foamed telfon inner insulation to lower the
effective Er which therefore leads to a larger innner conductor.
