[SI-LIST] Fringing fields of a circular disc capacitor

Hi,
Does anyone recall off hand where I can find a reference (book or 
article) that calculates the additional capacitance due to fringing 
effects of a circular disc capacitor (two circular plates) ? I looked in 
a couple of books, including Ramo, and was not able to find one.
