Hi All,
There are four SLM types in ICM 1.0, SLM_general, SLM_quiescent, SLM_even_mode
and SLM_odd_mode.
Does anybody know why the uncoupling single line model may be classified like
this? and when
EDA tools companys implement ICM model, is it reasonable for them not to
consider the ICM_model_type
keyword's effect to RLGC matrix or internal path topology ?. ( From my
opinions, this keyword is
necessary for ICM model's providers, since they must give the conditions under
which the RLGC data
is gathered.)
Thanks in advanced
Shawn
