CJTPAT is documented in the Fibre Channel document, "Methodologies for 
Jitter Specification, Rev 10", in Annex B starting at about page 42.  
You can get a PDF from http://www.t11.org , click on "Docs" at the left, 
select the "this view" link to get the whole database, select "Search" 
at the bottom (the one at the top sends you somewhere else), and search 
for "MJS".  The doc number you're looking for is T11/99-151v2.
