[SI-LIST] FastCap and FftCap Problem

Hello all

At the following location you may an example file that shows our problem:

I have tried to run both FastCap and FftCap on it, but i always get 
Capacitance Matrices with non-negative off-diagonals ... is there a way how 
i could change the input so that i get correct results?

BTW, without what we call environment, that is the orthogonal wires above 
and below the relevent ones, FastCap needs the -o15 option to produce 
correct results ... but with environment no option seems to work ...

So, i guess i will have to alter our input geometries through segmentation 
of planes or such things ...

Does anybody have an idea?
