[SI-LIST] Extract/Convert Lumped Spice model to T-line model

All,

I am new to HSPICE and also simulation. I need some advise on how to convert 
the lumped SPICE model below to a T-line model (so that I can model it as a 
connector in LineSim). It is a compatible model for test probe.

Cs:Total shunt capacitance
C21:Mutual-capacitance between adjacent pins
Ls:Pin self-inductance
Lm:Mutual inductance between adjacent pins
Rs:Shunt-resistance of inductors Rs used to model high frequency loss due to 
skin effect and dielectric loss
