Based on my experience, it is not very difficult to construct a EMC expert 
system. However, the efficiency of the rules would be the most critical. A good 
EMC expert system need a good "language", which could be understood by the 
logic engineer, EMC engineer, PCB layout engineer. At last, the language should 
be understood by the computer. There have been several commercial EMC expert 
system. All these systems could describe the rule very well. Unfortunately, 
good rule is lack.
