The way Raseel presented his question, clearly identifying himself as a student and the question as academic is, IMHO an excellent example of how students should address questions to the SI list and freelists in general. It's a pleasure to read a student request that presents a straw-man hypothesis and asks for our educated opinions on the hpothetical validity. This is in contrast with many questions we receive from students that want the SI list memembers to do homework for them or to teach them.
