[SI-LIST] Errata list for High-Speed Digital System Design: A Handbook of InterconnectTheory and Design Practices

In the Stephen H. Hall et all book, on page 81 there are some formula 
for the AC resistance of microstrip derived through conformal mapping, 
in particular the formula for the ground resistance has terms for W/H on 
the top of the division and 0.03H/W on the bottom. However in the 
example on page 89, the top term has become '1' when W/H=0.5 and the 
bottom term 0.03H/W has become 0.03*0.5 when the term H/W =2.

I do not have access to the source document (Foundations for Microwave 
Engineering, Robert Collins) so I was wondering if anybody can confirm 
which is the correct formula.
