A number of people (myself included) have noticed some "strangeness" in some of the items in the .pdf version of the Errata Sheet. Seems that the conversion from Microsoft .doc format to .pdf format (for, supposedly, more universal compatibility...) has introduced a bunch of conversion artifacts into the resulting .pdf document. So, I have also posted the original Word document (.doc) version on the web site as well. Take your pick. I'll see if I can figure out what has gone wrong with the conversion and fix it if I can. (Isn't technology wonderful?
