Enterprise Network Switching DDR & SerDes Interface Design Manager

Location San Jose

This is a combination of a technical lead and manager role. This candidate
must be an expert in the DDR digital design with strong knowledge in DDR
circuit design in ASIC, IO as well as packaging, board SI and silicon bring
up experience. This candidate must be able to lead and manage a team of 4-5
designers and be a champion in the DDR interface for our products. A deep
technical understanding of high speed serdes design is highly desirable.
As we have design team already in serdes, the experience and expertise in
DDR is more critical to fill our immediate needs than SerDes experience
and knowledge. Athough having both DDR and SerDes experience is a BIG plus.

-- 4+ years of strong experience in DDR and/or SerDes interface design

from definition, design, circuit, layout, packaging to silicon debug

   and characterization

-- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 people to deliver DDR interface to

multi products at the same time

-- Strong in signal integrity, know ASIC design flows is a plus

-- Have good knowledge or experience of high speed serdes and its

   integration into large chips

-- Hands on, high motivation and good team work
