Fei - In my experience with conductive epoxy (DuPont's CB100 fill) in
its use as a via fill, air entrapment (bubbles) during dispensing and
curing in the mixture is a common occurrence. This was not shown to be
a problem in my application and I haven't analyzed its effects at high
frequencies, but depending on the size/shape of your connection this
could(?) have an effect. ..mike

Subject: [SI-LIST] Electrically conductive Epoxy
A electrically conductive epoxy is used as grounding connections=20
between packages and module housing. I tested several samples, the=20
RF transitions showed a significant variation. I am wondering if the=20
spread is caused by the epoxy. Anyone has similar experiance?
Thanks
Fei
