Hello,

I wonder if anyone can point me in a direction where I can find information 
regarding the effect of flux residue left on PCB's?   I need to consider 
the effects of flux trapped under a small BGA.  I am specifically looking 
for some resistive or capacitance values.  If you have any suggestions 
please let me know.
