[SI-LIST] ESD and connector testing

Greetings,
I was hoping to find some information on ESD testing of connectors.  

        First - is there an IEC 801-X spec that addresses system level ESD
testing, if so what is it?
        Second - what is the size of the probe tip used for ESD testing? I
want to be sure that a specific connector does not get a direct discharge
during the test.
