[SI-LIST] .EBD files in hspice

Hi All,
I'm trying to use .EBD files for the DIMM's in hspice. I'm using .EBD and
.IBIS statements in hspice and I'm getting errors.

The error is " Internal External Voltage : Power Clamp".

Can someone help me with the error in hspice?
I checked the IBIS file using IBIS checker and I don't see errors.
