Why don't you try the TI web site and look up their logic buffer family. You
will be able to get 1.8, 2.5, 3.3, and 5V CMOS buffer models with all kinds
of slew rates and drive strengths. If you want to limit your complications,
load one of the Altera or Xilinx FPGA ibis models and you will get not only
TTL and CMOS buffer models but all kinds of HSTL, SSTL, LVDS, etc. A little
browsing on their websites will get you the info you need.
