[SI-LIST] Does anyone know how to convert IBIS version 3.2 to version 1.1?

The IBIS to PSPICE converter only works for IBIS version 1.1, but the vendor 
gives me the IBIS model of version 3.2. I have to run it in PSPICE. Does anyone 
know how to convert ver 3.2 to ver 1.1? Thank you in advacne.
