[SI-LIST] Differential pair impedance

Hello all,

Im doing some work with differential pair signalling and the manufacturer's
data book lists the charactoristic impedance for the differential pair.

Is this number for each line of the pair, or the pair together?  If it is
for the pair together, how are the calculations made?

The documentation I found was fairly lean, so any help would be appreciated.
