I don't know of any commercially available true
differential VNAs.  However, in addition to the
ENA mentioned below (which transforms 4-port
s-parameters to mixed-mode or differential
s-parameters), there is also a 4-port 20 GHz:
PNA N5230A (Option 240/245).

I'm interested to know if there is a
commercially-available true differential
analyzer.
