Both are low loss material and for Xaui speeds and the proposed length
you can use traditional FR-406=20
You don't have to use fancy materials.

what is the difference between FR-408 (Isola)and NP 4000-13EP?. For
lead-free assembly , signals running speed at 3.12Gbps for 10 inches
