Manish,
A brief intro to substrate noise is presented in Digital Systems Engineering by
Dally & Poulton (Page 602).
For detailed accounts, there are two books published by Kluwer Academic:
1. Simulation Techniques and Solutions for Mixed-Signal Coupling in Integrated
Circuits
2. Analysis and Solutions for Switching Noise in Mixed-Signal ICs
When you do Google search, following names (random order) provide you more
links.
1. Timothy Schmerbeck
2. Ranjit Gharpurey
3. Nishath Verghese
4. David Allstot
5. Bruce Wooley
6. Xavier Aragones
7. Antonio Rubio
Hope that helps.

hello ppl up here !!!
Plz answer my following querries
1>What is the effect Dielectric nature of Substrate at
high frequencies(>10GHz) ? How does it contribute to
Substrate Noise in Mixed Signal IC's ?
2>How and What does Skin effect in Interconnects play
while contributing to Substrate Noise at high
frequencies(>10GHz) ?
plz also pass me links where i can find information
related to these matters.
