Abe,

I'll need to read through a few papers before I understand the subject well
enough to have a better sense of proportion about the many aspects of
high-performance PDS design.  I'm just getting started in this area ... got
a lot to learn.

As I stated in my note (with regards to the modelling I've done): I know
that it is probably wrong and way off ... but I had to start somewhere.
