Hello everyone,
Can anyone give me a brief idea
about the different types of On and Off chip Decoupling capacitors used in
CMOS-45nm technology?? It will also be useful to me if you can suggest some
papers which talk about Decoupling capacitors used in CMOS-45nm technology and
its structure. For example Cross-coupled MOS capacitors are used in CMOS-90nm
technology. what type of MOS capacitors are used in 45nm technology??
Â
Thanks in advance.
Â
Regards,
Premkumar
