I think you have answered your question yourself.  Those items --
pull-up/pull-down curves, C_comp, rise/fall
times, power/ground clamp, are usually not in the datasheet.

Given a Data Sheet (for example, a Typical SDRAM data sheet), is it possible
to construct an IBIS model?
If possible, how to obtain pull-up/pull-down curves, C_comp, rise/fall
