Dear Ueda
In our product, there is simular situation. When the isolating bead is change
to resistor, the resonance of power is disappear. I think this is because the
resonance frequency of OSC and decoupling circuit are coincide. When the bead
is changed to resistor, the Q of decoupling circuit is lower.
Changing the capacitance or inductance may be one kind of solution. The
resonance frequency will change.
