Tektronix has an older software package called "RT Eye" (I believe) that
does analysis on eye diagrams acquired with their real-time scope. Not
sure if it can work from saved .CSV files though.

[SI-LIST] DDR2/DDR3

Dear all

We have TDS6804 8GHz scope and 20GHz differential probes. We are looking =
for setup and hold times of DDR2 signals. But I want a SW that =
constructs an eye diagram for DDR2 and DDR3 which takes the .csv file =
from the scope. Is there any one who use such program?=20
Thanks
Mustafa
