Hi,
I'd like to know the difference between DDR2 utilizing odt75 and
odt50. According to Micron's datasheet, odt50 is configured after
667MHz. So alternatively, two odt schemes can be used.
I've tried to simulate odt50 and odt75, but the waveforms of the two
odt schemes are pretty identical. What's the advantage in odt50 over
odt75?
Best Regards,
Danny
