[SI-LIST] Re: DDR2 inteface consultant needed

The Samsung DDR II SRAMs that we used specified HSTL I/O.  You might 
consider trying HSTL differential outputs.  As long as you run them at 
the 1.8V VCCO they should be voltage level compatible with SSTL. 

Perhaps others could comment on the difference between HSTL and SSTL 
drivers.
