[SI-LIST] DDR2 Pulse width

Hello
 

How do we measure the pulse width of DDR2 single ended signals- (DQ,
Address)? VILmax (both ac and dc) and VIHmin (both ac and dc) are specified
in data sheet. Do we measure the pulse width as difference between AC
threshold crossing points or is it from AC threshold to D threshold?

 

It wil be great if somebody can send some document in this regard.
