[SI-LIST] DDR SDRAM vendors

Hi all,

I'm looking for a complete, current list of DDR SDRAM vendors.  I'm
interested in individual devices, not modules.

The list I've got so far:

Elpida (formerly Hitachi/NEC)
Hynix (Hyundai)
Mitsubishi
Micron
Samsung

... are there any I'm missing?  As always, replies on and off-list are both
welcome and appreciated.
