[SI-LIST] Re: DC data

And to see how to determine the cutoff frequencies of the low pass filter
use the generic formula f(cutoff)= 1/2*3.14*RC.

Subject: [SI-LIST] DC data

Dear all,

I have a set of noisy transient data where the DC level moves up and
down. How can I get a smooth DC curve? Should I use low-pass filter
(RC)? How can I determine the RC values?

Many thanks,
Jenni
