Use some sort of filter circuit. The noise should be lot higher in frequency
so ideally you can choose a capacitor to gnd to work as a low pass filter or
something.

Many thanks for the reply. Let me put it this way. Let's say I have a  
noisy data that follows a sinusoidal curve. This data is in time  
domain. How can I get a smooth sinusoidal curve?

I can also put it in a different way. My data is a sinusoidal curve  
with say 2mV peak-to-peak dynamic noise.
How can I get a smooth clean sinusoidal curve.

I hope I described it in a clear way.
