In terms of books, I am not aware of any book dedicated solely to buck 
DC-DC current-mode regulators.

As a generic book on converters I can recommend Christophe P. Basso: 
Switch-Mode Power Supplies;
McGraw Hill, 2008.  Among many others, it also covers the topic you are 
after.
