Perhaps these numbers will be of use to you. These are some typical  
parameters for a few assorted AT cut crystals in the 3-10 MHz range.

Depending on the quality of  the crystals the ESR and Q can vary quite a 
bit with high quality commercial and communications quality parts having 
much lower ESR and higher Q as compared to the common mass produced 
consumer parts. As I mentioned these parameters are for AT cut crystals. 
Other cuts may have somewhat different characteristics.
