Can you make one? I'm thinking of 2 connectors back to back with the pins
soldered together. Use it to join 2 normal SATA cables.
If you have 7 pins in a row, there are 2 ways to match them. Thinking should
work, but my head starts to hurt. Trial and error might be faster than an
ohmmeter.
It's obviously not good enough for a production run, but it's probably good
enough for lab use or software development. (If you have klutzy software
guys, encase the thing in a blob of epoxy.)
If you need something official looking and can't find the right cable house,
you could make a tiny PCB with nothing but two connectors.
